Please allow 3-4 days for processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information
RETURNS AND POLICY:
OCEANBLUE SWIM does not accept returns( refund, exchange, or credit) on any items unless deemed faulty. We Kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at Info@oceanblueswim.com to alert us of any damage, then we will send instructions on the return process. Upon receipt of the damage item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase of your item.
We only accept goods as faulty if the following has be met:
-The item/s are returned within 14 days of you receiving them
-The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal
-Undergarments must be worn when trying on items
-Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
-You must contact us at Info@oceanblueswim.com prior to sending back the item/s to receive a RA number
RETURN PROCESS
Orders must be returned within 14 days from the day you received it. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 14 day policy we will not be able to process your exchange.Oceanblue swim reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without approval.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We will only accept cancellation of an order within 24 hours of receiving the order.
